Delivery Method/Timing
All orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST (except for Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) will be processed that day and shipped within 48 hours. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the morning of the next business day and will be shipped within 48 hours of that morning. If an item is out of stock or backordered, you will be notified.

Return/Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If not completely satisfied, you may return the unused product(s) within 30 days of delivery for exchange or credit. Unfortunately, original shipping charges cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping merchandise back to us. Refunds will be credited to the credit card originally used for the purchase. If an exchange is requested, you will not be charged for shipping the exchange back to you.
Before sending your merchandise back, please contact us. We will need your name and address, item name and the reason for return, you may return items for a refund or exchange.
